Cabernet Sauvignon from South Australia's finest Cabernet regions is expertly blended to create a generous wine with rich varietal flavours of cassis, blood plum, a hint of leafiness and sweet spicy oak. Lifted cassis, blood plum and leafy varietal notes blend with the sweet spice of the oak to give a rich and inviting aroma. A medium bodied wine with fleshy blackcurrant notes and a hint of leafiness rounding out the palate to give a typically varietal experience. The tannins are fine and mesh seamlessly with mocha and spice oak to produce a structural and long-lasting finish.
