Wolf Blass Grey Label Cabernet Sauvignon Vintage

Aromas of rich berry fruits, eucalypt and mint are highlighted by gentle hints of warm spice. The palate is soft, rich and elegant with subtle vanillin oak, fine structural tannins and a lingering finish. The nose shows rich bramble berry fruits, heightened by regional nuances of eucalypt and mint that is supported by subtle warm spice and cedary oak. The palate is full bodied and rich with well balanced oak. The core of blackcurrant and dark cherry fruit is focussed with long elegant dusty tannins. It will develop over the next 8-10 years if carefully cellared.
